3. Project Terms

Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, such as content, images, and feedback, for the project. Clients must ensure that any material provided does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Clients are responsible for final proofing and approval of the website before launch. Any changes or corrections made after launch may incur additional costs.
6. Hosting and Maintenance
Author's Channel offers hosting and maintenance services, which are billed separately from the development project. Hosting terms are subject to separate agreements and may include ongoing maintenance, updates, and security monitoring. Clients may choose to host their website elsewhere; however, we are not responsible for issues that arise from third-party hosting.
7. Limitation of Liability
Author's Channel will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or service interruptions. While we take security seriously, we are not liable for any breaches caused by third-party vulnerabilities or hacking attempts.
8. Warranty and Support
After the completion of a project, we offer a warranty period during which we will fix any bugs or issues that arise related to our development. This does not include changes or additions outside the original project scope. Support and maintenance after the warranty period will be provided based on a separate support contract.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may incorporate third-party tools or services into your project (e.g., plugins, APIs). While we will ensure these tools function correctly, we cannot guarantee the performance or security of third-party tools. Any issues arising from third-party tools should be addressed to their respective providers.
10. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches the terms. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled within the agreed timeframe. Termination will not affect any existing intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Author's Channel reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best services to our customers. Please note that all service purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. All service bookings are non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.
No Refund Process
As we do not offer refunds, there will be no refund process initiated. Once a service is booked and paid for, it is considered final.
Conditions for Service Re-scheduling
While refunds are not available, re-scheduling of services may be considered in certain cases. If you need to reschedule, please contact our support team at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
